In 2001, we launched Pionear as an alternative to recruiting and placement firms that focus more on filling positions than finding solutions. Our goal is to place the right person in the right job - the person who best fits your corporate needs, culture and direction.

Based in Charlotte, we work with the largest and most respected companies on the East Coast.
